Humans are the most straightforward race in Rhyst. Simply put, they're the "average" of the great many other races present throughout the various continents and lands. While they aren't particularly specialized, they are generalized! This means they're generally good at most tasks, including crafting and magical casting. They aren't born with intrinsic abilities like the Draconians, Faerla, or another of the more unique groups, but they make up for it in their adaptability. When faced with out-of-this-world challenges, none are better at conforming to fit the task at hand than humans.

Appearance

Humans, perhaps unsurprisingly, look like what you'd expect from humans of any setting. They're of average height, roughly 5'10" for males and 5'6" for females. Their hair ranges in color from brown to blonde to black, with occasional exceptions rising up to shake the standards.

Culture

Most humans attribute their culture to whichever group they've integrated into. They compose the majority of the population in cities, though smaller villages and tribes are more often Wildkin-based as urban life has long since become favorable for those not specialized to living in untamed lands.
