This page lists the various terminologies found in Verdict.
A[edit]
- Afk: A short term meaning Away from Keyboard. Can mean short term, as in not on the character in that moment, or long term, such as taking a break from the game

- Boating: A term meaning the retirement of a character, taken from 'boating away from the isle' that the game takes place on
- Book: To write out a roleplay
D[edit]
- Dot: Another term for Book, or writing out a roleplay.
E[edit]
- Eidolons: The creators of the current four planes of reality
- Emerald Moon: The second moon in Verdict's sky that houses the dragons up to 1047 AC, before it was broken up.
- Engagement: Battling using Verdict's combat system

- Faewild: One of the four primary planes

- Green Texting: Another term for Book, or writing out a roleplay.

Meta: Obtaining knowledge from sources outside a character's reach

- Pair: A partnership between characters, often romantic
- Pillar: A leader of Deliverance, or the Pillar of Soteria, a physical pillar in Deliverance
- Plane: A world
- Playby: A picture representing a character's appearance

- Red texting: Another term for Book, or writing out a roleplay
- Risen: Deliverance's term for independent, intelligent undead
- Rhyst: One of the four primary planes, and the one that the majority of the game takes place on
- Rpb: One of the many terms for Engagement, or battling using Verdict's combat system
- Rpl: A term meaning one's Roleplay level, or the level of their character

- Seers: A rank of leadership in Arlandria
- Sheol: Hell
- ShimmerBeasts: Creatures created by the Shimmer, containing a piece of the fallen Eidolon

- Warper: A tile that teleports a player to another map
