Medical is the skill tree involved in healing and the creation of various health potions and painkillers that help soothe injuries. The amount you reduce an injury every time you use gauze or sutures depends on your experience, with the highest effect being achieved at maximum XP (10000).

Injuries are generally achieved in risky combat situations.

  • Minor Injuries last for 7 IRL days (one in-game year) and take away 15 Constitution per stack.
  • Major Injuries last for 3 IRL weeks (three in-game years) and take away 25 Constitution per stack.
  • Severe Injuries last for 100 IRL days (20 in-game years) and take away 30 Constitution per stack. Only an admin may apply a severe injury.

Tier 1 Medical has an experience bar of 100 EXP, with each craft providing some EXP towards the total. The skill costs 10 Skill Points.

Gauzeskill.png Gauze[edit]

Gauze.png Gauze allows the creation of Gauze, a medical item, used to help treat Wounds at the cost of Focus and consuming one unit of Gauze. It operates by accelerating the speed of wound recovery by 30% for 24 hours.

Gauze is made from 1 Thistleleaf, 3 Thornroot, 5 Wood, and 1 Deer Leather.

The skill costs 10 Skill Points, and requires Tier 1 Medical.

Tonics.png Tonics[edit]

Tonics allows the creation of Lesser Tonics and Greater Tonics.

The skill costs 10 Skill Points, and requires Tier 1 Medical.

Tier 2 Medical has an experience bar of 1000 EXP, with each craft providing some EXP towards the total. The skill costs 10 Skill Points.

The skill costs 10 Skill Points, and requires Tier 1 Medical.

Sutureskill.pngSuturing[edit]

Suturing allows the creation of Sewing Thread, used to treat injuries. It reduces the time left on a wound directly, by 6 hours, +1 hour per thousand Medical XP. It is the most direct method of treatment.

Suture.png Sewing Thread can be made with 1 Thistleleaf, 1 Deer Leather, 1 Iron, and 1 Thornroot.

The skill costs 10 Skill Points, and requires Tier 2 Medical.

Painkillers.png Painkillers[edit]

Painkillers allows the creation of Numbing Paste, which when used, grants 5 Constitution per injury stack.

Numbpaste.png Numbing Paste is made with 3 Quartz, 1 Iron Ore, and 1 Thistleleaf.

The skill costs 10 Skill Points, and requires Tier 2 Medical.

Tier 2 Medical has an experience bar of 10000 EXP, with each craft providing some EXP towards the total. The skill costs 10 Skill Points.

Advpain.pngAdvanced Painkillers[edit]

Advanced Painkillers allows the creation of Euphoria, a potent, addictive drug and Pain Inhibitors, which grant 10 Constitution per injury stack.

The skill costs 10 Skill Points, and requires Tier 3 Medical.

Prosthetics.pngAdvanced Mechanisms[edit]

Advanced Mechanisms allows the creation of Prosthetics, which turn a Severe Injury into a Major Injury on use.

Roboarm.pngProsthetics are made with 1 Adamantium Ingot, 1 Tree Heart, 1 Golemn Core, and 5 Wolfram Ingots.

The skill costs 10 Skill Points, and requires Tier 1 Medical.
